Yeah Baby!

2-3 Quart pan

1/4 cup butter

3 eggs

3/4 cup milk

3/4 cup all purpose flour

1/3 cup butter

4 eggs

1 cup milk

1 cup all purpose flour

4 - 41/2 Quart pan

1/2 cup butter

5 eggs

1 1/4 cup all purpose flour

1 1/4 cup milk

  1. Preheat oven to 425. While oven is preheating, place butter in your oven proof pan - I love cast iron! According to what size you're making, place eggs, flour and milk in blender. Blend for a minute or so until all ingredients are well blended.

  2. Pour blended ingredients into hot melted butter in the oven, bake for 25 minutes. Serve hot out of the oven. Be sure to place the very hot pan on a hot pad.

*Don’t worry! The Dutch baby will collapse as you cut into it… it’s part of the fun!
