Hello Friends! Thank you to those of you who participated in the Chicken Under a Brick Challenge last month! We had loads of engagement and people receiving the free Cast Iron Cooking Class as their gift for taking the challenge and making the recipe for someone they love.

What is your gift? We’ve all got them, we’re given them for the purpose of giving them away. ? My gift and passion is cooking and teaching kitchen wisdom and recipes. It’s the reason I started the Common Table Newsletter, to share and connect with you. A new way for us to connect is now through Instagram!
Last Fall I had an overabundance of Jalapeño Peppers. So I made Sweet and Spicy Pickled Peppers. I had so many that I gave them as gifts. At Christmas I packed some jars in my checked luggage …Later our friend Jaron sent a text: “OMG, these peppers are so good I’m putting them on everything!!!! I’m definitely going to plant a Jalapeño plant next spring.”I made them last night, Scott had them on his egg bites this morning and couldn’t stop saying how much he loved them! They’re good on a burger, in a quesadilla, on nachos, eggs and in a margarita, ….I could go on forever. These literally are....as Jaron said, Good On Everything!
So here you go, the fun recipe to spice up your life sweetly. It takes roughly 5 minutes to make, making a fun gift to give away and for you to enjoy.
